A Men's Processing Group
COVID has made it incredibly difficult for people to connect and develop strong friendships. Males, in particular, have struggled to find meaningful relationships due to other cultural baggage and gender role expectations.
We offer a therapy group for male-identifying people who struggle with loneliness and connection.
Together, we will build, strengthen, and mend the relationships in our lives and with ourselves. We will work on a variety of intrapersonal skills including how to be supportive to one another.
