RATES

Individual sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. 

​

Adult ADHD Assessments require (3) 50-minute sessions to administer and an additional $150 fee for the resources and interpretation (total of $600).

I accept credit cards, PayPal or cash. I keep credit card information on file and charge after every session.

A NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE

I am able to accept clients with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield. 
For all other insurance holders, I will gladly provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
